Order Approval: We provide proofs for custom designs. Production begins only after written or digital approval. We are not liable for errors in approved proofs.

Cancellations: Custom orders are non-cancellable once production has started.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, images, and software, is the property of DWNWND or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Provided Content: If you upload content (e.g., logos, text, images) for custom printing, you affirm that you have the legal rights to use such content. You grant DWNWND a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content to fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to reject any order containing content that is obscene, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
TURNAROUND TIMES & SHIPPING

Turnaround: Estimated turnaround times are provided at checkout. Actual production and delivery times may vary.

Shipping: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
